A recent online survey found that just 1/3 of Americans described themselves as being very happy and satisfied with their lives.  That means 2 out of 3 of us are not happy with the life we are living.

Well-being is a combination of having strong self-care habits like working out, healthy eating, getting enough sleep, and having a sustainable work/life balance. The highest levels of well-being are achieved when you can reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and increase the positivity and satisfaction you feel in your life.   By focusing time and energy on what makes you fulfilled, you can live a life filled with joy and an excitement for what tomorrow will bring.
